1. Alpha Program Scope
Dynasty of the Unseen is currently provided as a pre-release public alpha experience. Features, balance, availability, and data models may change without notice.
2. Eligibility
By using the service, you confirm you have authority to participate and can provide valid contact and payment details where required.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse services, interfere with platform stability, reverse engineer secured systems, or use the game for unlawful activity.
4. Intellectual Property
All game systems, content, and assets remain property of Dynasty of the Unseen project owners or licensed creators. Third-party packs are used under their respective licenses.
5. Billing and Digital Goods
Founder Supporter subscriptions and AI credit packs are processed through Stripe. AI credits are digital goods used for premium generation requests and may be spent when eligible generation is requested. Unless required by law, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable.
6. No Warranty
The alpha is provided “as is” and may include bugs, downtime, balancing issues, or incomplete features.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from alpha use.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or revoked for abuse, security concerns, or operational reasons.
